This card combines first 3dfx Voodoo Graphics 3D-accelerator and 2D-chip made by Alliance Semiconductor (AT25). This is the second revision of Hercules Stingray 128/3D, the first has dual-planar design, where 3dfx component can be detached.

I have a picture of the original, dual planar board. How do I post it for others to see?

What is the value of this card the dual planar one?
